Donna Murphy
Global CEO, Havas Creative Network and Havas Health Network
6,500+ individuals and over 90+ locations.
A truly global network.
Name, Country, Region, City etc.
After launching her career at Goldman Sachs, Donna pivoted to build the world’s largest global health and wellness information system in Havas Health Network. Her profound success, along with her contributions as a member of Havas’ Executive Committee, has led to her area of responsibility expanding to include the Havas Creative Group. Today, Donna’s purview includes oversight of 16,000 marketing and communications experts in over 70 countries. Under her stewardship, Havas Health Network was named Agency/Network of the Year by Medical Marketing & Media (MM+M), one of Ad Age’s “Best Places to Work,” and Fortune’s “Best Workplaces in New York.” The network has achieved double-digit organic growth for 10 consecutive years and expanded their global lead in capabilities, geographic footprint, and roster of clients.
Outside of Havas, Donna is an active philanthropist, devoted to myriad charitable endeavors. She is a member of the Leadership Council of Home Base (a program founded by the Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital), which is dedicated to the health and wellness of veterans, current service members, and their families. She is also on the board for Futures in Education as well as Project HOPE (Health Opportunities for People Everywhere), which provides humanitarian aid to those affected by disaster/health crises, infectious diseases, and maternal/neonatal and pediatric issues, among others. Most recently, Donna was named a 2022 SOPA honoree, as a recipient of the Leaders in Management Award from her alma mater, Pace University, where she is also a member of their Board of Trustees. Among many other achievements, she was named Advertising Person of the Year by Med Ad News, one of the Most Influential Women of the Year by The Irish Voice, and earned the 2017 Irish America Business 100 Award. She was also ranked third on the MM&M/PRWeek Health Influencer 50 list, was named one of the 100 People Who Make Advertising Great by the 4A’s, and was designated to MM&M’s Hall of Femme.
Professionally, Donna is committed to creating powerful communications that connect people to meaningful brands that can enhance their daily lives. And on a personal note, Donna is a diehard Red Sox fan, an ambitious golfer, mom to two great children (and a loyal Springer Spaniel), and partner of 30+ years to her husband, Jim.
